Mixed use development, Pomona Place, Hereford
This mixed use development is located on a prominent elevated site on the city’s western fringes adjacent to Sainsbury’s supermarket and the Cider Museum. The development comprises a 52 bedroom hotel, 10 residential apartments and a bar/restaurant unit within two separate blocks of contemporary design.
Hook Mason designed the development and negotiated a fast track planning permission, enabling the project to be completed within the developers very tight programme.
