This contemporary residential development is located on a very tight, steeply sloping prominent site within a Conservation Area setting on the city’s eastern fringes. Hook Mason worked with developer clients Perfection Homes to secure all the necessary statutory consents and completed the detailed design of the project, to enable it to be brought to fruition within programme and budget.
