Three Tuns Public House
The Three Tuns, a grade II listed cruck framed structure, which is amongst the oldest buildings in Hay on Wye had been very badly damaged by fire when acquired by clients in 2006. Hook Mason designed and obtained both planning and listed building consent for significant extensions and oversaw the complete restoration in order to fulfil the brief to create ‘the best pub in Hay’.
