Phoenix Theatre, Ross on Wye
Situated in the historic town of Ross-on-Wye, this former fire station was converted into a theatre in the 1970’s. Hook Mason subsequently designed a contemporary extension that incorporated a new entrance foyer with rehearsal rooms above. The extension has been constructed using local sandstone and timber cladding which compliments the historically sensitive location adjacent to the grade I listed Church of St Mary.
