Our Lady of Pilleth Church, Radnorshire
This church was gutted by fire in 1894. A temporary roof, in place since 1911, was failing. A large Heritage Lottery Fund grant was awarded for full restoration and included a new nave roof designed by Hook Mason, with lime plaster barrel vaulting. Fractured stonework to the walls was reconsolidated with lime render and lime wash.
