Private Residence near Brecon

Hook Mason were appointed to undertake a building condition survey. In close consultation with the client and the conservation department at the local authority a programme of careful repair and sensitive refurbishment was put in hand. A significant factor in the programming of the works was the presence of an important bat roost. The bats have now returned for the breeding season and are delighted with their newly refurbished home. (The clients are happy too!!)
