Diocesan Surveyor:

Philip Burford is appointed as the Diocesan Surveyor for the Diocese of Hereford and is responsible for the planned maintenance and improvements to 125 parsonage houses. The role also includes the design and construction of new parsonages to current Church Commissioners Green Guide recommendations and advising on the disposal of inappropriate housing.

Planned Maintenance Surveying:

In addition to the role of Diocesan Surveyor, Philip Burford is retained by The Church of England Pensions Board and is responsible for the maintenance and day to day care of 60 Pensions Board properties throughout the whole of Herefordshire, Shropshire and Wales.
