Planned Maintenance Surveying (Continued):

This role includes preparation of quinquennial inspections providing detailed reports to the client, outlining maintenance and repair liabilities in addition to the acquisition and disposal of appropriate properties.

Building Condition Surveys:

Hook Mason undertake detailed building condition surveys on behalf of prospective purchasers on both residential and commercial properties. The survey report details relevant building defects and includes recommendations for immediate and longer term repairs, alterations and improvements where required and detailed budget costings for the necessary works. The building condition surveys can be followed up by the provision of full architectural services if required by individual clients.
