Hook Mason secured Planning Permission for a mixed use commercial development on the western fringe of Hereford City, immediately adjacent to Sainsburys supermarket and the Cider Museum, for developer clients Regal Executive Homes.
The development comprises a 52 bedroom hotel for Travelodge with a separate public house sited within the larger of the two new buildings and ten residential apartments within a separate building alongside. The buildings are set within an elevated landscaped setting which incorporates dedicated car parking and servicing facilities. The buildings are unashamedly contemporary in design with a palette of materials which include curved zinc roof sheeting and cedar boarding.
